Jeanette is both the Founder of Im Online and a Mentor.

I am a mother, a carer, a person passionate about enabling others. I have ASD, ADHD, and adult children on the NDIS. I believe that my Autism and ADHD are super powers that have given me the ability to enable others.

With the help of friends and clients, I started Im Online to help others with the NDIS, given my own experiences.

As I have journeyed through the mind field called the NDIS, I became aware that my friends and others were having the same stressful experience.

Im Online has grown since January 2019, to a company of like minded people who’s passion is to help others within the NDIS or about to join the NDIS. We work as a Team, as each person brings their own experiences and knowledge.

Im Online now has a team of Mentors (Educators) and Mentor Assistants (Skill Builders) that assist participants, parents and carers with their NDIS Journey.

I strongly believe through education, information and knowledge it’s is possible to achieve the best possible results for a Participant on the NDIS.
